Omoda POS Shop Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our online store! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for purchasing from our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at omoda@caters.net.

1. General Information

 

We specialise in selling high-quality printed products. Our products are made to order, meaning each item is created specifically for you when you place an order. Due to the personalised nature of our products, please ensure all details are correct when placing an order. We will send you an artwork proof for approval when you order bespoke or personalised items. Printing will only proceed once we have received your approval. We will contact you using the email address provided in your order, so please check your inbox regularly to avoid any delays in processing your order.

 

2. Ordering and Payment

2.1. Orders can be placed through our website at any time.
2.2. Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods specified on our checkout page. To set up a net-30 credit account, please select this option at checkout, and we will contact you to arrange your account. Please be aware that this may add a few days to the turnaround time, as our accounts department will need to complete the account setup and credit check process.
2.3. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.

3. Personalised and Printed to Order Products

3.1. As many of our products are personalised and printed to order, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or incorrect. Please double-check all personalisation details, including spelling, colours, and sizes, before finalising your order. For bespoke or personalised items, we will always send you an artwork proof for approval before proceeding with printing. We will not begin production until we receive your approval.
3.2. Any errors made by the customer during the order process (or after receiving the proof for personalised orders) are not eligible for a refund or replacement. While we will make every effort to resolve customer errors, we may not be able to do so if costs have already been incurred.

3.3. Turnaround Times

Our turnaround times quoted are estimated lead times and can be affected by transport and logistics delays. We do our best to ensure deadlines are met; however, we cannot be held liable for late deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control.

4. Delivery Information

 

4.1. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of receiving artwork approval. Delivery times may vary based on your order size, location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. We will always send tracking information with our dispatch notification. Please check your emails.
4.2. Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 1 to 3 working days. For international deliveries, please allow up to 2 weeks.
4.3. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order.
4.4. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services or for any customs fees or charges incurred for international deliveries.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with details and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a refund as appropriate.

5.2. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that are personalised or made to order unless they are faulty.

5.3. For non-personalised items, if you change your mind, you have 14 days from receipt to notify us of your intention to return the item. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

5.4. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use your personal information to process your order and provide you with the products and services you have requested.
6.2. We do not share your information with third parties, except where necessary to fulfil your order (e.g., delivery services).
6.3. Our website uses cookies to improve your browsing experience. By using our site, you consent to our use of cookies.
6.4. You have the right to access, amend, or delete any personal information we hold about you. If you wish to do so, please contact us.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is our property or the property of our content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

7.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

7.3. Caters Automotive Marketing does not use Omoda logos, brand assets, or any other proprietary materials to imply an association or partnership with Omoda. Our products, including the suite of showroom and forecourt items on this site, are independently created to complement the materials available to Omoda dealers through Head Office marketing channels.

7.4. While we can seek manufacturer approval for bespoke artwork, please note that the generic campaign creatives provided have not been formally approved by Omoda Head Office. We recommend consulting with your Omoda marketing contacts for guidance and approval regarding the use of any materials.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caters Automotive Marketing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our products or services.

8.2. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the purchase of our products or services will not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

10. Changes to Our Terms

 

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
